Wood Sorrel, my friend asked if there was any about. We found it and I wondered why she was asking. I found this, https://www.wildfooduk.com/edible-wild-plants/wood-sorrel/ Leaves and flowers are apparently good in salads and drinks. It has a sharp and sour lemony taste, a useful tip for your Gin and Tonics in lockdown.
