Bear Inn CP. Two Brians opt for sun glasses
Still remains of snow as we leave Bisley
And head down into the Toadsmoor Valley
A stile takes us into woodland
More snow on the path
But Brian forges ahead
And we follow into the valley
Soon picking up a track which runs along the bottom
Along the Toadsmoor Stream
Full of melted snow
Today's snowdrops
Soon reaching the lake
Crossing the stream on a narrow bridge
Before starting to make our way back up the other side of the valley
Looking down to Keepers Cottage
Feeling peckish
Spring flowers starting to show
As we look back down the valley
Down into the valley
Briefly following a tarmac road
Then following the stream uphill
Crossing over it
And then crossing again
After negotiating a kissing gate
And then crossing again
As we continue uphill
Still following the stream
Passing a cottage
Where they seem to have a burst water main
Water everywhere
Now back in Bisley
Heading up into the village
Past the wells
To the Stirrup Cup before going round the corner to the Bear
