We meet at Windy Ridge in Bisley for Lorraine and Dave’s walk

Then descend down through woods of wild garlic

Up through Laurie Lee Wood

To the top of Swifts Hill where we stop for coffee and to admire the view across to Stroud

We’re at Fennell’s Farm, the home of Gifford’s Circus and Tweedy the clown (who recently collected his BEM Medal for services to the Arts)

Down steeply through more wild garlic

Waiting at the bottom

Then we cross fields of buttercups back to Bisley
