As we wait for Graham to start our walk we watch the ducks on the village pond
And look out over the village green
Another 25 years now passed
We head out into the country
Negotiating a couple of gates
Coffee stop
On our way again
Over the railway
Could be a buzzard trying to catch a train

We are watched from one of the Estate cottages
A reminder that this is a stud farm

Horses having a scratch
On into Adlestrop - the old station sign
And the poem that goes with it
Through the village
A thatched post office
Heading towards the church
And a look inside
Continuing through the village
Reminder that Remembrance Day is approaching
