Bluebells on Cam Long Down Previous Next All We head through Coaley Wood to pick up the Cotswold Way. At Springfield Farm Pete asks what is this tree blossom, my new plant App tells me it’s a European Bird Cherry And opposite in the the hedgerow we spot an escapee apparently the Garden Star-of Bethlehem We climb up onto Cam Long Down and take path along the south side where the Bluebells are spectacular again this year Trying for some artistic shots I get down to ground level only sorry I can’t bottle the perfume! Looking back We climb up Cam Peak Where we stop and look over Dursley...it’s still there. We haven’t ventured that far since before lockdown. As we head home the Oak is definitely out before the Ash I spot a Bluetit in the Oak tree Photos and captions by Sue J, uploaded by Sally
