Cainscross car park for Ann’s walk
That’s the path we were supposed to be walking on but instead we’re up here on the cycle path
We stop on the bridge at Ryeford for coffee
Where the canal is busy with the Boatmobility volunteers, a delivery driver and a postman
While, coming up behind, is one of the Katakanus who wave their oars at us
We continue along the canal, past the Ryeford Double Lock which has plenty of water, and back to Cainscross
