It’s the shortest day of the year and there are catkins!
As we walk from Cainscross into Stroud and its Farmers’ Market
We pass the Perseverance, doing Santa cruises to raise money for the Canal Trust
The Farmers’ Market is very busy
But the Ale House is quiet
As we leave, a lot (flock, herd??) of Santas cycle past
Then it’s back along the canal
And Ann leads us to Cainscross car park
