Sitting in the car listening to Wagner. Should I get out and join the others or stay in the warm?
Better go. But now I have to catch up as Ray leads them uphill from the CP
And down the other side
Where we encounter a slippery slope requiring some care
Heading on downhill
You either take the footpath and risk falling in or just walk up the stream
And there is a horrible stile waiting for you at the end
Above is Cam Long Down
As we circle the bottom of the hill
And on the other side is Uley Bury
Past pond with duck house
Heads down against the rain
This pond has an island
We reach the bridge with two options - cross it or take the lower route
Some practice for the snowdrop walk in a couple of weeks time
A bullrush pond
Followed by a nice grassy track
Wonder if he would like to join South Cots
We leave Coaley Church after our coffee stop
And head across country to a farm
Where it is lunch time
And before long we have Cam Peak in our sights - the end of our walk
