Chelworth walk - Saturday 13 October 2018 Previous Next A distinguished gathering in the car park of Alvan Blanch - Sally in charge We set off along a rather muddy path But soon find better going Watched by a local And another local Weather warming up Watched by two dogs Carefully making our way round a pile of rubble Three distinguished men taking coffee - note the crisps with blue salt packet Not sure we need either of those services We are all agreed nobody has heard of Murcott before Threatening sky Sticky field Now through woods Nice idea Wedding guests gathering outside church While we make our way into the churchyard for lunch Making ourselves comfortable In the afternoon sun Ready for a fry up Nice little holiday cottage? Another ploughed field Field surprisingly empty after dire warnings of cows Yet another stile A narrow path down the side of a house As we make our way round the other side of Chelworth Back into the village With its strange round bus shelter To the car park Thanks to our hosts Photos and captions by Richard, uploaded by Sally
