We continue down into the valley
With views across to the woods
On downhill to the Painswick Stream
Which runs into a pond
Our next American tree
Romeo and Juliet
And another American tree
And another

Continuing past a herd of heifers
As we follow the valley
Before starting to climb
Pausing for coffee
Some preferring to stand
Painswick church in the distance
As we continue our climb
Coming out near Bulls Cross
Flowers
Now heading towards Sheepscombe
The village in front of us
Unusual flowers round the front door
Down into the village
Making use of the seats outside the pub
And a chance to view more trees
Of different species
And flowers
Before we climb over Sheepscombe Common to head downhill
Past Lily Allen's house - up for sale
And across Cranham Common back for our lunch.
