Dursley walk - Saturday 4 May 2019 Previous Next This parade of shops outside Dursley is a good starting point for Alan and Fiona's strenuous walk We pass this large house Our lunch destination on the horizon A well-marked path Coffee in North Nibley. Keith and Brian atttempt to sit on a wall Finally at our lunch stop Where we choose the sunny side and try to avoid the cold wind We walk below the monument An old Mercedes, "not worth restoring" is Keith's opinion Past North Nibley church And the Chantry Some young calves get very excited as we pass Very cute We pass between two fields of horses, the one on the left pretending to be a giraffe What is this? A pair of very unusual sheep. Any ideas? Up to the golf course and Ray sets off for home Views over the Severn And down to Dursley with Cam Peak and its bluebells in the distance.
