Ham walk - Wednesday 19 July 2017 Previous Next We meet on the Green at Ham for Franceska's walk Then we are soon up in the Deer Park After the storm last night the River Severn looks hazy A whitish stag A serious collection of antlers Then they are joined by more of the herd The Folly We head up the path To Newpark Farm Teasels We arrive in the village of Hill, the old school and telephone box in the distance It's now a Book Box We continue along the road past fields and houses And head up hill Past this Blue Atlas Cedar (thank you, Graham) And reach the aforementioned church We pass this half-hidden house And reach our lunch spot with views over to the Deer Park A curious horse Different shades of yellow A pause for some bramble clearing ahead Bindweed Round the edge of a field of barley I'm on TV This is my better side And here is my smaller friend Photos, captions, processing and uploading by Sally
