Leaving Cripplegate car park on a cold frosty morning
With views down into the valley shrouded in mist
We make our way over to Haresfield Beacon
A beautiful winter scene
Following round the side of the hill
The doll seems to have a new outfit from last time
Now through woods
Past the old well
Frost on the fields beyond the trees
Ready to start climbing
Up to Rudge Common
Where we encounter some friendly cows
And stop for coffee
Views over to Painswick
And to Painswick Beacon
Ready to go again
Downhill on the Cotswold Way
Still looking over Painswick
We leave the Common
Looking across the valley
Pitchcombe church just down the road
Walking through Pitchcombe Woods
Over our first stile
Then it's a long uphill climb up to Bird in Hand
Past the field of Alpacas
And back through Randwick Woods
