Continuing along the road Re-crossing the railway line Through what seems to be a builders' yard Strung out across fields Past a thatched cottage This one has a famous sheep dip Up the side of another field To Ivy Cross Farm A cottage with an owl The latest style in boots - not for proper walkers Round another field Strange fungus This looks like a good spot for coffee At least there is some shelter from the wind Off again picking our way through a particularly boggy patch View up to Standish Woods Under the Swindon railway line And over the Bristol line On Pete's crossing Early snowdrops They seem to like artificial birds around here But it's a nice garden A slight climb Round a field with seagulls flying overhead Past a pond Standish Church catching the sun Through a small copse Sheep out for a ride Finally across a muddy field back to the start Photos and captions by Richard, processed and uploaded by Sally
