We put this on our website 18 months ago but it seems a good idea to highlight it. Every Ramblers should have this information available. You can set up an emergency contact number on your phone for someone to call (friend, family member) on your behalf without the need to know your password or screen lock. It doesn’t call 999, just the person you have nominated. HERE are the instructions. Ask if you need any help or, if you notice anything that needs updating, let us know. You could also/instead carry an In case of Emergency card (ICE) with those details on. Let us know if you would like one of these. Sally
