There are about 10 of us for the morning half of Mike’s Figure of Eight walk from Hunters Hall

We climb up from the valley to the old derelict church

The radio mast near Newark Park in the distance

An abundance of wild cranesbills along the verge

Coffee stop on a bank

Katie and Sue further up the bank

We descend to the London Bridge

Where assorted breeds of sheep gather

Then it’s across fields back to Hunters Hall where Mike awaits his afternoon contingent
