We have introduced the option for leaders to designate their walk as a Faster Pace walk when they complete their Submit a walk form, as well as the Leisurely (for Monday walks) and Moderate for the majority of our walks. We anticipate that this will be used quite sparingly (probably by only a handful of our leaders and only on rare occasions) and will monitor whether this makes it easier to get walkers of a similar pace on a walk without excluding too many people. All leaders need to tailor their walks to the ability of the group, but it might be easier if people joining walks have this additional information in advance. Sally
