Over recent years the way we mail out information and the walks programme has changed. Mike Garner began without the benefit of computer help and things have gradually progressed from there to the system we now use. As things have begun to be more structured by central Ramblers both Janet and I have endeavoured to ensure that even if members did not have their correct e mail on the central data base which we now use as the definitive membership base we would ‘help’ out by correcting it. However, we now have an average of 350 members and we are no longer willing to undertake this task. It is therefore the responsibility of all members to ensure that Central Ramblers have their correct e mail address. Currently several still bounce back as incorrect!!! It is in your hands ….
