We leave Nailsworth and head towards Avening (there’s a carthorse ahead!)
Low branch but grateful for the shade
Heading uphill
For our coffee stop on the bank
Leaving Avening and heading towards West End
Where we take the permissive path
Through shorn sheep
Cow parsley in the valley
And Cranesbill on the top
Baling going on
Over the A46 and Malcolm leads us downhill
Where the leader and front runners pose for a photo
Then down to Ruskin Mill, through the Nailsworth street market and back to the garden centre
