As we head up the junction
Past the college boathouse
And along the river
A stile causing some problem
Past the Ship Inn
An unusual looking duck
Out onto the banks of the Severn
Once a pub
Chance to look down river
And take in the view

The bridge we got repaired
Walking along the river
A handy place for a break

Don't think we will want to catch it in that condition
Some old farm machinery
We enter Arlingham
Pausing in the middle of the village
By the pub
Then out past the church
Snowdrops
Daffodils
Negotiating a muddy track
Continuing along the river
Another muddy gateway
Tide right in
Sun shining on the river
Through a small wooded area
Then back up onto the bank
Where we look over flooded pastures
Before making our way back along the canal
With its variety of moored boats
To arrive back
At Saul Junction
