Selsley Common evening walk - Thursday 30 May 2019 Previous Next Everyone gathers for Tim's walk Then we head downhill It's not called Water Lane for nothing Past an od gate Lovely poppies in this garden We descend to the cycle path where the Old Fleece can now be seen, since this part of Rooksmuir has been cleared The messy dumping ground/scrap yard looks much better And you can appreciate the architecture of these houses At the old Dudbridge railway station, Tim has his book out to explain things He then strides off on the Cotswold Way But poses for a photo As we climb up to Selsley, we can see Downham Hill across the bypass Selsley church The road is closed for work on the water pipe As we near the top, we can the sun over the River Severn Photos, captions and uploading by Sally
