South Cotswold Ramblers

We meet our leader Michele on Selsley common in the mist.

And head across the common to pick up the Cotswold Way

Soon the sun comes out as we head downhill to Selsley church. We have time to check out the English Arts and Crafts Movement church

Then follow the Cotswold Way down to the canal where we pause to discuss the information display

We leave the canal signpost showing the various routes and head left

We head past Stanley Mill

Then across the fields and can see Selsley common in the distance

Our lunch stop view takes in the Stroud Valleys with Painswick church even visible in the distance

We head into Penn Wood where it is cooler

Before popping out again at Selsley Common into the sunshine

Once on the top again we are soon back and thank Michele for a lovely walk
