Lovely sunny day after all the rain for Richard and Di’s walk from Selsley Common

We walk across the common to admire the view across to the Stanleys and Stonehouse then we’re in Penn Wood on the Cotswold Way

We emerge into sunlight

Past a structure

Then we’re at Coaley Peak with its Long Barrow

Where we stop for coffee, choosing two different tables and admiring the view over to Cam Long Down and the Tyndale Monument

Then we return, using the so-called Wheelchair route (though you would have to be a brave wheelchair user to risk it) through the woods near the road where we spot cyclamen
