Twenty of us gather for our leisurely paced walk

Up a bit
Then down through more mud to recross the Avon
Before climbing up into the parkland
Passing old trees
Is this a huge nest - perhaps not!
We reach some buildings
And stop for coffee
Jacqui our leader has found a good spot
Margaret can't resist a peep though the archway
This is what she sees
Off we go though a horse paddock, struggling with the gate
They have seen it all before
And a tricky stile the other side
Reaching the village. some of us have a look round the church with its Escourt family memorials
A large church for a small village
