At least the company is good so off we go Following Olivia in search of snowdrops If it's not cats' eyes, it's cows Heading out across fields Don't look very happy Old stone trough - came from Quenington Following a footpath to Peaches Farm Then a rather waterlogged track Devils Churchyard? Now a nature reserve Nice The road out of Aston Farm Nearing the path to the lake A few snowdrops A lot of snowdrops Posing at the end of the lake Where we are accosted by a pair of swans Looking down the lake And the stream taking water away Leaving the lakeside path We return to Cherington Let him that is athirst come Reaching Cherington Church Chance for some quiet contemplation Outside we spot the grave of Brian Trubshaw Wild boar A house full of character, I suppose Talking of character Our path follows the edge of a field Then downhill to Nags Head Interesting feature on wall of the old inn Walls have ears. windows have cat's eyes Looking down into the bottom of the valley As we follow the road towards Avening Then over a steep stile And up the hill Over another stile To the golf course Rucksack carriers?
