And over another field He wants a bit of company Round the edge of a field Getting further ahead As we continue up the valley Pitchcombe Church visible through the power lines Over a bridge Past Sheep House And the waterfall With a name like Squirrel I don't think he will make the Grand National We continue along the Painswick Stream It's all horses today Rather nice house Now making our way into Painswick Chance for a bit of window shopping Heading along the other side of the valley Making our way below the Rococco Gardens With views down the valley Time for lunch Plenty of fungus growth Following a narrow lane Not long ago we were over there The old oak tree A chance for Alex to prove that she knows where she is Before we head along the top of Huddinknoll Hill Views now down into the Severn Valley We can just make out the incinerator Good crop of apples In the garden of this house Queueing for a stile Flowers lasting well Heading round from Edge Common Views across the valley to Stroud Then heading through woods Where we encounter a small herd of horses Leaving the woods we contour down the valley Past a house with a bear on the balcony And a mum with twins Down to Salmon Springs Past the miniature railway And back up through Stratford Park Photos and captions by Richard, uploaded by Sally
