Tetbury walk - Wednesday 29 November 2017 Previous Next Not a British Rail carriage but ideal for an old station yard We head off along the valley Looking back to town Then heading off through the hospital The church steeple behind us No prizes for guessing what their tipple is Now heading over fields Trees all ready for winter A pause in the winter sunshine Then following a path round the edge of a field Lots of grass but I wouldn't get too fat if I were you The road takes us along the side of an old barn Past a pond And back into open country A quick lunch stop Then we continue on our way A field ready for crops to be planted Does that apply to Ramblers? The Trouble House Inn hiding behind the trees An archway of trees Stonehenge? Still on the railway Getting closer to Tetbury Along a steep bank Time to start cleaning off boots - is that Mike on the seat? Welcoming us back Photos and captions by Richard, processed and uploaded by Sally
