We head across parkland to Ampney St Mary

Lenneke finds us a sheltered spot out of the wind for coffee
The burial ground in Ampney Crucis has an interesting looking building but no information as to what it is.
Lenneke tells us this is thought to be the remains of a medieval cross
After a very pleasant walk through lovely villages, 9 of us enjoy an excellent meal at the nearby Crown PH.
