And we start off with a steep climb
Taking plenty of rests
Past a waterfall
A wind farm in the distance

We have reached the top of the ridge
And now have views down into the valley
As we continue along the hilltop
Over a stream
Which runs into the valley curling into the distance

Well, Sue did it!
From the top of Fan y Big we look along another ridge
While a jogger sits nonchalantly on the outcrop
Before we look up at it on the way down
An easy descent
Some students climbing up the path we will take into the valley

A stoney track takes us over a stream
And we look back at a dam with the Beacons behind
We follow an old railway track to Torpantu Station before heading back to the car park
