A lovely May morning as 22 assemble for our walk
We set off towards Kingswood
Downhill through the buttercups
Chatting as we wait at stiles
Down again
Another stile
Goff looks round
Is he one of us?
A blooming tree
Erosion around the tree roots
"Buttercups our gold!"
A noble tree
We have come from Wotton
Colin leads us back
"How many more in our field?"
We spot some walkers in the distance going up where we came down.
Wotton Parish Church looks all on its own from this point - but all the nearby houses are hidden
These two seem pleased to see the back of us
Like cotton wool - perhaps a willow?
